SAGO SYRUP WITH SWEET POTATO

 

PREPARATION

Boil the sweet potato in a pot. When they’re cooked, peel them and cut them into cube shape. Boil the jaggery and filter the jaggery liquid with a sieve. Rinse Sago and boil it with the filter jaggery liquid. Add some water and boil the sago unity it becomes and soft and clear. Stir it well not to get the beneath burnt. Put some salt. When the Sago Syrup gets sticky, put the sweet potato cubes into it. You can remove it from the stove when you get tasty smell. It can be enjoyed by sprinkling the grated coconut on it.
