Bear goes pool hopping in California

A black bear went pool hopping in a California neighborhood on Wednesday, finding relief from the heat in multiple backyard pools. The bear was first spotted in a pool in La Canada Flintridge. From there, the bear walked into another backyard and stopped by another backyard pool. This was not the first time this bear wandered into human territory. As the bear soaked in the first pool, a red ear tag could be seen hanging from its furry ear. After cooling off, the bear climbed a nearby tree, where he flopped his body over a branch as Department of First and Wildlife officers waited for him to come down.
