Int’l countries denounce N.Korea Missile
Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said Tokyo strongly condemned North Korea's latest ballistic missile launch and demanded that Pyongyang refrain from such actions. Meanwhile, South Korea also condemned North Korea after the isolated state fired ballistic missile earlier in the day. The missile was launched from north of the capital, Pyongyang, flying across the peninsula and into the sea off the east coast early Friday morning, the South's Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said in a statement. It appeared the North may have fired a second missile soon after from the same region, with a projectile disappearing from radar at an altitude of about 17 km, it added. North Korea last test fired medium-range missiles in 2014. North Korea conducted its fourth nuclear test in January 6 and launched a long-range rocket on February 7 in defiance of existing U.N. Security Council resolutions.
