Rio Olympics Jingle

A new jingle aims to up the sporting spirit among Brazil’s national team fans ahead of the Rio Olympics in August. The official theme song of Brazil’s Olympic team was released Sunday night, January 4th, with the collaboration of Brazilian singers Ivete Sangalo, Toni Garrido, Preta Gil, Gaby Amarantos, Ana Carolina and Thiaguinho. Brazilian singer-songwriters Jair Oliveira and Simoninha wrote and produced the song, in collaboration with Som Livre recording firm and TV Globo television network. The artists were not paid for the collaboration, according to the Olympic Committee.
