U.N. welcomes pause in Aleppo fighting

United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon says he welcomes the brief pause in the bombing of eastern Aleppo, Syria by Russian and Syrian forces, but he cautions that if fighting continues, the city could be 'destroyed' by the end of this year. In discussing the pause in fighting U.S. ambassador Samantha Power says it "must never become praiseworthy to refrain from committing atrocities.
