Floods kill three in Albania

Floods following rainstorms have killed three people in northern Albania and are spreading to the country's south. Nathan Frandino from Reuters reports. At least three people have been killed in the flooding. Now more than 3,500 rescue personnel are out, hoping to save others from the same fate. In Shkoder, the Buna River is rising, threatening the bridge above it. And the worst may not be over. With the rainstorms moving south, more flooding is expected.
